Who can buy from Freshline?
Freshline serves florists, event planners, interior designers, and hospitality businesses. If you’re a professional working with flowers, we’re here to help!
Do I need a business license to purchase wholesale flowers?
In order to access wholesale cost, yes! To create an account with us just fill out our new client page or reach out via our contact form! We are open to the public at market rate as well. If you’re unsure about what’s needed, contact us—we’ll guide you through the process.
How do I set up an account with Freshline?
Setting up an account is easy! Simply fill out our New Client Application or contact our team to get started. Once verified, you’ll have access to our full inventory and pricing.
What are your open hours for shopping and pickup?
Our market is open Monday through Friday 6am - 2pm. If you are picking up your Gather Flora order with us their pickup hours are 7am - 1pm. We close firmly at 2pm every day, we ask that your plan your pickups and in marketing shopping accordingly.
Placing an Order
How do I place a wholesale flower order?
You can place orders through our online system, by phone, or in person at our Sacramento location. If you’re new to wholesale ordering, we can walk you through the process!
Do I have to pre-order for all my flower needs?
No! We have a shoppable cooler with rotating products to shop from on the go!
How far in advance should I place my order?
For best availability, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance for special events. For everyday floral needs, same-day or next-day ordering is available based on stock - we also offer a grab and go fridge for same day shopping!
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We keep it flexible for our clients! Minimums vary based on flower type and availability, but we’re happy to help you find options that fit your needs.
Sourcing & Availability
Where do your flowers come from?
Freshline provides market access to flowers from around the world, with a specialty in California-grown flowers. We prioritize seasonal, fresh, and high-quality blooms for our clients.
Can I request specific flowers that aren’t listed?
Absolutely! We work with growers and suppliers worldwide. If you need something specific, let us know, and we’ll do our best to source it for you.
Do you offer standing orders or recurring deliveries?
Yes! Many of our clients set up standing orders to ensure they always have fresh flowers on hand. Talk to our team about a custom ordering plan.
Can you guarantee my order?
Although the world of flower shipping and importing has come a long way in the past twenty years, we do still work in nature - just as you do. Nothing can be guaranteed as an absolute but we do have a 95% success rate when orders are placed with enough lead time.
Pickup & Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver throughout Northern California! Our delivery fee is $25 and we do not have a delivery minimum for the Sacramento area but outside of Sacramento our minimums start at $150. Contact us for details.
What if I need to pick up my order?
You’re welcome to pick up your flowers at our Sacramento location. We’ll have everything packed and ready for a quick and easy pickup.
What is your order adjustment policy upon pickup?
We take great care in sourcing the freshest, highest-quality flowers for every order, especially when it comes to special requests. Because these products are ordered specifically for you, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute substitutions at pickup. However, we’re always happy to help you plan ahead for future orders to ensure you get exactly what you need!
What happens if my flowers are damaged?
We take quality seriously. Although we check all product ahead of packing up, accidents can happen. If you receive flowers that aren’t up to standard, just send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving.
Pricing & Payments
How are wholesale flower prices determined?
Prices vary based on seasonality, availability, and market demand. We offer competitive pricing and updates on the best seasonal deals.
Do you price match or give large order discounts?
At Freshline, we value the relationships we build with our customers and strive to provide the best quality flowers at competitive prices. While we don’t have a formal price-matching policy, we work closely with our clients to offer the best possible value, especially for large or recurring orders. If you’re sourcing flowers for a major event or need regular wholesale supply, let’s chat—we’re happy to find solutions that fit your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, business checks, and ACH transfers. Payment terms may be available for established clients.
Do you charge sales tax?
Wholesale buyers with a valid California resale license are not charged sales tax. If you don’t have a resale license, tax will apply.
